Processing Time:

Handmade Items

Please keep in mind that many of our pieces are handmade. Our estimated processing time for made to order items is 2 weeks. Processing time is subject to change at any time and is dependent on the size of order and current demand. Please note that Holidays are not factored into processing time.

Apparel & Home Goods

Apparel and home goods items will ship within 3-5 business days.

Once your order has moved to the packaging stage, you will receive your shipping notification. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your tracking to update while your items are packaged and delivered to the post office. 

Wyld Kind Outfitter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Canadian and US orders: 

Most packages should arrive within 5-10 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number upon shipping. 

International Orders: 

Shipping times vary between 1-3 weeks depending on location and customs

*Please note: Once an international package leaves North America, tracking may not update until the package is delivered. 

Customs and import taxes:  

Please be aware of import duties, fees and taxes in your country before placing an order. Wyld Kind Outfitter is not held responsible for these charges and we can not refund an order held at customs for lack of fee payment. 

Failure to pay customs fees may result in a delay in your order being delivered. Wyld Kind Outfitter is not responsible for any shipping delay due to customs.
